RETURNS. Let’s face it returns do happen.  This return policy attempts to cover all the different reasons for a return however there are more, I’m sure, and that is why we handle all returns on a case by case basis.

Returns for fitment issues.  If there are fitment issues they will surface during installation, when encountered it is very important that you call us for technical support.  In most cases we can solve the fitment issues with a phone call.  In the unlikely event that we cannot solve the issue to your satisfaction a return for a full refund or exchange can be requested.  However, if you finish installing the exhaust and fire the engine up sending exhaust gas/heat through the system, knowing there was a fitment issue, we will not be able to offer a full refund.


Returns “because I don’t like it or it wasn’t what I expected”.  We feel confident that you will like your exhaust. If  this is the case then call us immediately within 7 business days of receiving the exhaust to discuss return authorization.  Again it is important that you do not install completely and start the engine, this will result in a return denial.  Returns accepted for this reason will be assessed a 25% restocking fee, and since we included shipping in the original price you paid, this shipping fee will be taken out to.  In addition you the customer are responsible for shipping costs back to the warehouse.


Returns, we shipped you an item other than what you ordered.  Contact us immediately (within 7 business day) for return authorization; either a full refund or the correct part replacement will be authorized.  You will be supplied a shipping label at our expense.


Returns because you ordered the wrong item.  Every effort is made to ensure that the parts listed on the site have the correct application data.  Part of being an informed buyer is that you do the necessary research to ensure your ordering the right part for your car.  Notify us immediately, returns for this reason can be authorized, however there is a 25% restocking fee and again it will be minus the original shipping fee included in the purchase price.  In addition you the customer are responsible for shipping costs back to the warehouse.


Returns because we messed up on the application data.  Notify us immediately, we will either send the correct part or authorize a full refund.  You will be supplied a shipping label at our expense.

Return Process - To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer service department or use your remusexhaustshop account to request a RMA. You will be notified by email of the RMA approval and the return procedures. A majority of the time problems with installation can be solved with a phone call to our customer service department or the manufacturer. In the event a return is warranted, remusexhaustshop and the manufacturer/distributor will not accept the return without a valid RMA being issued. You must request a RMA within 7 working days of receipt of the exhaust.


All exhausts returned must be returned in original packaging material with all pieces and documentation accounted for refund consideration. Packages missing items or documentation will be charged additional fees.


Exchanges - Exchanges will be accepted if the delivered part is not the one ordered or if the delivered part was marked in error. Immediately contact customer service for assistance.


Items not authorized for return or exchange. This list is not all inclusive.

Part with evidence of physical abuse
Special order parts (you will be informed if an exhaust is special order)
Close out items
Discontinued items

Items that have been installed, unless covered by warranty
Items damaged or delay in route by an act of God


Remusexhaustshop will not reimburse labor charges or installation fees under any circumstance.


Damage Claims - It is your responsibility to inspect the contents of your shipment upon delivery while the delivery driver is present. It is important that you note any damage on the delivery receipt. The carrier and not remusexhaustshop or Kayalonmotorsports or the manufacturer/distributor is responsible to process any claims on your behalf for items damaged in transit.


Shortages - Always inspect the contents of your delivery to ensure all the parts ordered are received with all the pieces. If you're missing parts or pieces please check to see if they are on back order. If a shortage is verified please contact our customer service department within 7 days of delivery and we will do everything in our power to get the parts to you in a timely manner.


Warranties - all items are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of shipment to you. Your purchases will be backed by the limited warranty (3 year unlimited mileage warranty) extended by the manufacturer. In case of warranty claims it is your responsibility to contact the manufacturer for claim processes. Kayalonmotorsports DBA remusexhaustshop and the manufacturer will not honor warranty requests due to shipping damage, improper handling or installation, neglect, accidents, or competition use.  Remusexhaustshop offers no warranties


Do not ship your item back until you have a RMA.


Once your RMA has been approved you must within 7 business days ship the item back to the address indicated in the RMA instructions and inform us of shipping information.


The RMA number must be written clearly on the outside of the box


All items must be shipped prepaid and fully insured.


Return packages damaged in transit will be refused and returned to the customer.


Return packages received with unpaid shipping costs will be returned to the customer.  When the return has been received it will be validated and checked to insure that all pieces are include, that no sign of installation is evident, that no sign of alteration is evident and that all documentation is included.


If any discrepancies are noted you will be notified with further instructions.


If everything is in order you will be refunded or credited depending on the circumstances.
